1. Qualification for kraft paper

Basis Weight (g/m2)

means the weight of the paper is gram per 1 square meter. The basis weight value is very important for trading the paper. In the case of paper roll, the more basis weight, the length of paper roll will be reduced.

Thickness (mm.)
means the thickness of the paper is millimeter. The thickness value results in the length of paper roll, also the strength of packaging.

Moisture (%)
means the weight of the water in the test paper is calculated by the ratio of original weight in the test paper which use the percentage is measuring.

Ring crush
Means the ability that the paper resist the ring crush the unit is kgf per six inches or N/152 mm

Concora crush
Means the ability that the corrugated paper resist the concora crush the unit is kgf or N

Water absorption
Means the time that the paper use to absorb the water the unit is second

Bursting strength
Means the ability that the paper resist the bursting strength on the test paper the rate will continually increase until the paper tear out the unit is kgf/cm2 or Kpa

Cobb value
Means 1000 grams of water that the paper will absorb in the area of 1 square metre within the specific time the unit is g/m2
